As your Personal Trainer I can provide individualised and specific programming based around your needs so that you can stay motivated to accomplish your goals.  My specialties include:

I offer 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute time slots based around both of our availabilities.

Small Groups

Group training is a fun and affordable way to train with either people you know or a great way to meet new people you don’t.  If you don’t mind training in groups of 2, 3 or 4 then training in a small group is for you.

 

 

 

 

Better Body Bootcamp

Bootcamp’s are not just for the fit and strong or for the young, they are designed to be suitable for all fitness levels and ages.  If you would like to take your fitness and strength to the next level then these workouts are for you!

My bootcamp’s consist of interval based cardio exercises coupled with bodyweight, military style exercises using ropes, sleds, barbells and dumbells.  Each session is around 45-60mins in duration with the latter part of the workout focusing on core and abdominal strength.

Bootcamp’s run out of Fitness First Dee Why at the following days/times:

  • Monday 5.30pm
  • Wednesday 5pm
  • Friday 4.45pm

The cost is $20 per class.
